The keys were as cute in person as online, and for one of the keys, the wiring got knocked during transit, so the owner helped take care of it quickly. They are very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns.
I purchased this for my daughter as a going back to school gift, but I find myself and my husband playing with it often.
